200 and 300 Corporate Pointe are two office buildings connected by a center courtyard and fountain, bringing the office campus’s name: The Courtyard.
The property underwent a $1.5 million remodel in 2017 to create a flexible outdoor workspace with all updated amenities, exterior signage, and automated parking system in the garage.
