Our Story

JANUARY 2016 OHG is formed with a vision to be the premier real-estate partner in creative office buildings for investors and tenants. The company remodeled and set-up headquarters in the privately-owned The Olive at 631 S. Olive Street in Downtown Los Angeles.
MAY 2016 OHG begins acquiring properties, starting with 200-300 Corporate Pointe, a Class A office campus in Culver City.
DECEMBER 2016 OHG begins its first major project, the redevelopment of 200-300 Corporate Pointe (later rebranded to The Courtyard at Corporate Pointe), a Class A create office campus in Culver City.
DECEMBER 2017 OHG acquires 520 Broadway, a Class A office building in Santa Monica (Silicon Beach).
MAY 2019 The OHG team continues to grow and expand on its vision; the headquarters relocates to its current location at 300 Corporate Pointe, a Class A create office campus in Culver City.
JUNE 2019 OHG enters into a JV partnership with Artemis Real Estate Partners to recapitalize 520 Broadway, a Class A office building in Santa Monica (Silicon Beach).
